On March 31, the 2022 Board of Directors meeting of China Datang Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing. Directors Wang Qiying, Yu Fengwu, Ye Heyun, Guo Yabin and Zhao Xiaofei attended the meeting. Supervisor Jiang Jianhua and Secretary of the Board Li Deyong attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Guo Yabin.

The board of directors reviewed 11 proposals, including "2021 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors", "2021 Annual President Work Report", "Financial Budget Plan for 2022", "Implementation Plan for Implementing the Right to Select and Appoint Managers of the Board of Directors", "The Development Plan for CDTO during the Fourteenth Five-year Plan" and etc.. After full discussion, the directors present at the meeting voted on the spot to approve the above proposal and signed the resolution of the board of directors.

Before the meeting, all the directors conducted a video survey of Yunnan Southeast Asia Economic and Techniological Industrial Co.,Ltd.(Cambodia power grid company and Cambodia Hydropower development company), and listened to the report on the production and operation of CDTO in the first quarter and the key work arrangements for the next stage. The directors put forward specific requirements and suggestions for the next step of CDTO in light of the internal and external situation. All directors agreed that CDTO had a good start in the first quarter, and the next step should be based on the goal of high-quality development, vigorously promote key tasks such as epidemic prevention and control, production and operation, and new project development, and effectively implement the requirements put forward by CDT Chairman Zou Lei during his work visit to CDTO, as unswervingly "going out, going in, and going up". The board of directors will continue to play a role in the function of "setting strategies, making decisions, and preventing risks", and actively contributes to making CDTO stronger, better and bigger.
