CDTO's "Shaping the overseas image of central enterprises and contributing to the construction of the Belt and Road" was awarded as an outstanding case of overseas social responsibility performance in the "Blue Book of Central Enterprise Overseas Social Responsibility (2021)". Peng Huagang, Secretary-General of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Guo Xuejun, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Economics, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Liu Minqiang, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce, attended the event and delivered speeches. Rong Xiaojie, Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning Department of China Datang Corporation received Blue Book of Overseas Social Responsibility (2021)" Excellent Case Certificate. Jiang Jianhua, Vice President and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of CDTO participated in the roundtable forum.

The theme of this event was "Share Responsibility in a Community of Shared Destiny". Peng Huagang presented awards to the outstanding cases. Zhong Hongwu, professor of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and secretary-general of the China Social Responsibility 100 Forum, released and interpreted the Blue Book of Overseas Social Responsibility of Central Enterprises (2021).
