On July 21, the total generated power of Cambodia Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd. in 2020 amounted to 100 million kWh, 65 days earlier than 2020, setting a record high. As of today, the company has been in safe operation for 2,960 days, achieving a good start in the third quarter.

Under the severe epidemic situation in Cambodia and the complicated situation of the power market, the company conducted scientific overall planning, rigorous deployment, scientific scheduling of monthly power generation, and actively communicated and coordinated with the dispatch center. By reducing the water storage level in flood season, the power generation capacity of the power station was increased and water abandoning was avoided in case incoming water exceeds normal storage level during the flood season.

By learning the equipment cycle, the Safety and Health Department of the company arranges the maintenance plan and line maintenance in a way that they can use the load trough to eliminate equipment defects to reduce the loss of power generation. Maintenance and operation personnel take multiple measures to strengthen unit operation and maintenance and hidden danger troubleshooting to ensure operation of the units under optimal conditions.
