On June 30, after two days of intense review, the Design Scheme Adjustment and Budgetary Review Report of Pak Beng Hydropower Station on Laos Mekong River" passed the review of China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute (CREEI), which provided a basis for the investment decision of CDT and paved the way for the approval of Pak Beng Hydropower project.
